Movie S1. VTLM of D-CAR+ T cells and Aspergillus germling. D-CAR+ T cells (effector, E) were coincubated with GFP+ Aspergillus (AF293) swollen conidia (E:T ratio of 2:1), and one germling (target, T) was imaged continuously for 24 h by VTLM in phenol red-free culture medium. The movie shows the inhibition of growth of GFP+AF293 germinating conidia (green fluorescence) by D-CAR+ T cells.
