Movie S2. VTLM of CD19-specific CAR+ T cells and Aspergillus germling. CD19-specific CAR+ T cells were coincubated with GFP+ Aspergillus (AF293) swollen conidia (E:T ratio of 2:1), and one germling (target, T) was imaged continuously for 24 h by VTLM in phenol red-free medium. The movie shows no apparent inhibition of growth of GFP+AF293 germinating conidia (green fluorescence) by D-CAR+ T cells.
