Movie S1. Reconstruction of the HIV-1 CANC Y169S/L tubes. The structure of the HIV-1 CANC Y169S/L tubes at 9.4-Å resolution (0.5 FSC criterion). Fits of six HIV-1 CA-NTD molecules (blue ribbon) and six HIV-1 CA-CTD molecules (orange ribbon) are shown in the cryo-EM density. The cryo-EM density corresponding to the region immediately downstream of CA is additionally shown, which is consistent with a six-helix bundle model.
