Representative trout spinning cell. Cells dissociates were screened with a 2-mT field using magnetoscope B to identify cells with magnetic properties. The spinning cell displayed here originates from trout olfactory rosette. It has an elongated shape and a noticeable opaque inclusion. There is an opaque particle at the pole of the major axis of the cell. See also Fig. 5.
