Movie S4. FRAP in wild-type embryos. E-cad::GFP recovers rapidly after photobleaching of the cell interface in the ventral-lateral epidermis of a wild-type embryo (ubi-E-cad::GFP/+). Images are the maximum z projections of the entire 3-µm stack (three slices). Images were captured every minute on a Zeiss LSM 510 META confocal microscope.
