Movie S5. FRAP in Dif dl embryos. E-cad::GFP does not recover at all after photobleaching of cell interfaces in the ventral-lateral epidermis of this Dif dl embryo. Images are the maximum z projections of the entire 3-µm stack (three slices). Images were captured every minute on a Zeiss LSM 510 META confocal microscope. The first frame shows the embryo before bleaching. (Scale bar: 5 μm.)
