Movie S2. Severe ataxia in CAMTA1-nKO mice. CAMTA1-nKO adult mouse (top) displays an extreme loss of motor coordination that is more pronounced in the hindlimbs. The mouse has an unstable gait coupled with frequent falls and overall lack of motor control that increases in severity with age. The control littermate shows no adverse motor control.
