Video 5

Movie S5. Docking detections in M10 cells transfected for TfR-pHluorin and stably expressing Rab11-mCherry (left part) or stably expressing eYFP-Langerin/Rab11-mCherry (right part) (Materials and Methods). Events are automatically detected from two 2D TIRF image sequences extracted from multiangle TIRFM acquisitions, using a detector based on the minimal eigenvalues of the space–time structure tensor. Each event is then displayed as a small region around the space–time location of the event. Events are shown synchronized with respect to the detected docking time. Event 75 on the Left and event 102 on the Right are used for 3D reconstruction in Movie S6.
