eTRPM8 and mitochondria coordinated motility. Concomitant motion of the mTurquoise2-tagged eTRPM8 and mitochondria was visualized in control HaCaT cells (CTL HaCaT), using confocal imaging of mTuquoise2 and MitoTracker Green FM (MTG) fluorescence, respectively. Images were acquired at 0.05 Hz.
