Live imaging of the decrease in cGMP after applying LH to an ovarian follicle from a transgenic mouse expressing the cGi500 sensor. Images of the follicle were taken every 30 s for a 10-min period before LH perfusion, and for a 20-min period afterward. Frames from this movie are shown in Fig. 1B.
