Live engineered hPSC-CM cultured in high calcium and imaged with fluorescence microscopy. Actin in myofibrils is labeled with Lifeact. Myofibrils are aligned and sarcomeres are organized in series but several sites of disruption are present in the region comprising the cell center of mass.
