Live engineered hPSC-CM cultured in high calcium and imaged with fluorescence microscopy. Actin in myofibrils is labeled with Lifeact. The level of myofibril disruption is severe and actin is organized mainly around the membrane. Cell beating still occurs but with low cell contraction movements.
