Time-lapse confocal imaging and photoconversion of the SNCA−/− neuron expressing mEOS2–α-Syn (shown in Fig. 3G). An individual inclusion (red circle) was photoconverted using a 405-nm laser from 488 nm (shown in green) to 568 nm (shown in red), and 568-nm fluorescence decay by diffusion out of inclusions was monitored over time.
