Accumulation of microglial cell processes (EGFP; green) after a focal laser injury at a capillary (Texas Red-dextran; red) in cerebral cortex of CX3CR1+/EGFP/P2RY12+/+ mice treated with clopidogrel. Cross sign indicates the point of the injury. The movie was taken immediately after the injury with 10 s per frame for about 30 min in cortical layer 2.
