Video recordings (montage) of female mosquitoes’ behavior during the first hour of exposure to kinin analog 1728 at 1 mM in 10% sucrose solution with Evans blue (0.1%). Fast aversive behavior (walking, flying, or jumping away) was observed shortly after females touched the diets with their legs and/or probed them with their proboscis; the median time spent in contact was 6 s (Fig. 1).
