Astrocyte-specific expression and dynamics of GCaMP6s. Five-minute movie of GCaMP6s-expressing astrocytes, taken at 1 Hz and shown at 15 frames per second (fps). In this and all subsequent movies, images are obtained from cortical area V1 in L2/3, with the mouse under urethane anesthesia. No motion correction or image processing has been carried out for any of the movies other than pseudocoloring.
