Class IV da neurons in KhcmutA larvae maintain Rab5 vesicle motility. Representative time-lapse movies of control and KhcmutA class IV da neurons, expressing ppk > YFP-Rab5. The movie repeats with a zoom-in of control and KhcmutA dendrites, oriented such that retrograde transport events travel to the left and anterograde events to the right.
