Movie S6.

Ooplasmic streaming is partially rescued by a sliding-competent chimeric motor in KHC knockdown oocytes. Three representative time-lapse movies of ooplasmic streaming in Khc-RNAi stage 10B oocytes ectopically expressing UncLZ-Ktail (nos>Khc-RNAi+UncLZ-Ktail). The first oocyte displayed a global rescue of streaming, the second oocyte displayed a local streaming pattern (at the anterior side), and the third oocyte displayed no rescue of streaming. Scale bar, 50 μm.
