Cutaneous axon regeneration is impaired in 3-dpf larva treated with paclitaxel. Treatment for 3 h with 22 µM paclitaxel impairs axon regeneration. Shown is a time-lapse sequence with individually recorded z stacks, which were projected into a single plane, every 30 min. One cutaneous axon of a Rohon-beard neuron with multiple branches is fluorescently labeled following transient injection of CREST3:Gal4_UAS:GFP into one-cell stage embryos. The second sequence shows regenerating axons that were manually traced in Fiji.
