Only Ly6Clow monocytes are recruited. Confocal intravital microscopy of mesenteric vein. Mice were i.v. injected with BV421-conjugated GR1 antibody (1 µg) 120 min after R848 treatment. Endogenous neutrophils are labeled in blue. All monocytes are green (identified with white arrows). Inflammatory Ly6Chigh monocytes would be blue and green, and Ly6Clow monocytes would be only green.
