The movie starts 90 min after topical stimulation of the monitored vessel with R848 (100 μg). Control rat Ig (Left) or platelet-depleting antibodies (50 μg/mL) (Right) were injected i.v. 1 h before R848 stimulation. Ly6Clow monocytes are shown by GFP (green).
