Movie of HeLa cells under control conditions. Time evolution of the unstained organization of HeLa cells using 63×, 1.40 NA oil-immersion objective imaged at 37 °C and 5% CO2. For this movie, each frame was collected continuously every 22 s. Interestingly, chromatin structure of the cells evolves independently and with time, even as the overall population remains steady.
