Movie S3.

Side-by-side movie of HeLa cells under control conditions and those exposed to UV light. Time evolution of the unstained organization of HeLa cells using 63×, 1.40 N.A. oil-immersion objective for cells continuously imaged under control conditions (Left) and those exposed to UV light (Right). In both movies, each frame was collected continuously every 22 s. This side-by-side comparison allows direct visualization in the temporal behavior of chromatin structure during control conditions in comparison with that during UV exposure.
