Infected Arabidopsis wild-type plants were inoculated with CFDA on leaves at 11 dpi. Time after application is indicated in black. Host plants are positioned right of Phtheirospermum as indicated in Fig. S1A. Fluorescent images were taken every 5 min with a Leica M205 FA stereo microscope.
