A 3D video rendering of two-photon imaging of myenteric ganglia from ChAT-cre:tdTomato, where myenteric cholinergic neurons express red fluorescent protein tdTomato (red), which is stained with antibodies against MHC class II (green) that label muscularis macrophages show phagocytosis of tdTomato-expressing cells within the myenteric ganglia by muscularis macrophages. Bookmarked spots on the image of 30 µm in the z-axis were sequentially rotated and visualized in 3D. Scale of one box (one unit) is 52.15 µm.
