HIV-1 trafficking in control knockdown cells. Trafficking of HIV-1 virus in CHME3 cells were treated with negative control siRNA. Cells were infected with HIV-1 virus containing GFP-Vpr pseudotyped with WT envelope. Live cell imaging was used to track the movement of virus particles in real time over a period of 5–10 min at one frame per second. (Scale bar, 10 μm.)
