A-band extraction using microperfusion loaded with high-ionic strength solution. Movie shows myofibril being fully activated twice before A-band extraction using the microperfusion, which is followed by reactivation of the myofibril. This step was repeated twice again, and therefore, in the end, three sarcomeres were extracted from the myofibril. Movie was accelerated by 5×.
