A 3D reconstruction of the cholinergic neurons in vertical diagonal band of the Chat-ires-Cre mouse presented in Fig. 3. Reconstructed neurons overlain with Allen Common Coordinate Framework show brainwide neuron projections. Five neurons are shown in different colors for different projection patterns. The raw data of the sections were imaged at 0.3 × 0.3 × 1.0 μm and then down-sampled to 10 × 10 × 10 μm to show the cytoarchitectonic structure.
