A 3D reconstruction of the cholinergic neuron (neuron 1) in the vertical diagonal band of the Chat-ires-Cre mouse. Reconstructed neuron 1 overlain with Allen Common Coordinate Framework show brainwide neuron projections. The raw data of the sections were imaged at 0.3 × 0.3 × 1.0 μm and then down-sampled to 10 × 10 × 10 μm to show the cytoarchitectonic structure.
