Gentle touch response assay. The time-lapse movie shows the reversal behavior of a wild-type worm in response to an eyelash touch in the anterior and posterior parts at the L4 stage. The movie was recorded using a Leica MZ 10F modular stereomicroscope at 10× magnification fitted with a Leica MC 120 HD camera. The movie was captured at a speed of 10 frames/s using SkyStudioPro software and is played at the same speed.
