Movie S6.

Cell cut in regime I inside of a droplet. A cell inside a droplet being cut by the microfluidic guillotine in regime I. The flow rates of the disperse phase and the continuous phase were 0.15 mL/h and 0.23 mL/h, respectively. The concentration of methylcellulose inside the drop was 0.2% wt/vol in PSW.
