Time-lapse imaging (with 100× objective) of susceptible S. saprophyticus growing in the microfluidic chip in standard media. This movie is generated from phase contrast images taken with 5-s intervals, and playback is 100× the speed of the imaging (i.e., each second in the playback corresponds to 500 s in the experiment).
