Platelet activation on DNA-based MTFM probes. The fibrinogen probes with F1/2 of 4.7 pN were used to record platelet tension dynamics. Movie was recorded in the brightfield, RICM, and TRITC channels. Compared with the signal acquired using the cRGD peptide (Movie S3), this tension signal was diffuse and less quantitative. (Scale bar: 10 μm.)
