Time-lapse video showing RICM (Left), 4.7 pN tension signal (Middle, TIRF 561 nm), and soluble fibrinogen (Right, TIRF 488 nm) for a single platelet following addition of fluorescent fibrinogen (Alexa488-labeled). The fluorescence channels were recorded using dual-channel TIRF microscopy. Integrins on platelet membrane bind soluble fibrinogen and translocate the protein to the center of the cell body.
