Time-lapse video superimposing the fibrinogen fluorescence signal (from Movie S6) with particle-tracking trajectories. Platelets sequester fibrinogen from the solution and render it immobile following activation. As fibrinogen was translocated to the center of the platelet, ligand clusters were tracked, and their velocity was measured and recorded (SI Appendix, Fig. S13B).
