Time-lapse video showing that the cessation of platelet tension coincides with the exposure of PS. The left channel (red) corresponds to a 4.7-pN platelet tension, while the right channel (green) is the PS exposure stained with Alexa-488–labeled Annexin-V. The abrupt decrease in tension signal was associated with a rapid increase in PS signal. The duration of the video was over 60 min. (Scale bar: 5 μm.)
