MIB1 knockdown cells showed random cell migration. Time-lapse movie of MIB1 siRNA transfected HeLa cells for 2 h at 3–5 h after scratch. The movie was taken every 10 min. Each colored dot and line indicates trajectory of cell migration. The movie was taken by 4× objective lens with live-cell imaging system (JuLi; Nano EnTek).
