This media file demonstrates the AGC map estimates for the entire data duration of ∼22 min (1,333 s) in color-coded 20×20 array format, where each entry Φ(i,j) corresponds to a possible G-causal link from neuron (j) to neuron (i) (four snapshots shown in Fig. 5C). The magnitude of each entry represents the estimated J-statistics for the corresponding link, and the sign of each entry reflects the nature of the link, where the excitatory, inhibitory, and no-GC link conditions are shown in red, blue, and green, respectively. The horizontal cursor at the bottom represents time in seconds.
