Movie of ciliated cell in a primary culture of human airway epithelia. The ciliated cell is expressing the cAMP sensor. The image is a single X-Y confocal plane at the level of the cilia. Video images were acquired at 482 nm (cerulean) and at 37 Hz. The 4-s video is shown in real time. This is the plane at which the FRET-based cAMP sensor was recorded for assessing changes in cAMP at the level of cilia in Fig. S10A. The dimensions of the image are 32 μm × 32 μm.
