Absence of platelet aggregates in the brain microvasculature of FcγRIIAnull mice. Intravital microscopy in the brain microvasculature of FcγRIIAnull/CD41-YFP mice injected with ICs. The response was monitored for at least 30 min after the IC injection. Multiple regions of interest were observed for each mouse, and the result is representative of at least three independent experiments.
