Fluorescent speckle microscopy of EcHaT in pAJs. A431 cells expressing EcHaT were cocultured with EcGFP and labeled by 0.06 nM of HaloTag-TMR ligand. Images of the mixed pAJs were acquired in both green (GFP) and red (HaloTag-TMR) channels at 10-s intervals for 2.5 min.
