Fluorescent speckle microscopy of GFP2-Ecad. A431 cells expressing GFP2-Ecad were labeled with the ATTO 594-conjugated anti-GFP nanobody and then immediately imaged. The movie was taken in a red channel in a stream mode with a 200-ms image acquisition time.
