Single GFP2-Ecad molecule tracking. A431 cells expressing GFP2-Ecad were labeled with the ATTO 594-conjugated anti-GFP nanobody at concentration, which labeled only a few molecules per cell–cell contact. The cells were imaged as indicated for Movie S2.
