Resident CD8 T cells slowly migrate and form long-lasting contacts with macrophages in the stroma of Met-1 tumors. The slice stained with anti-CD8 (red), anti-F4/80 (green), and anti-EpCAM (blue) antibodies was imaged with a spinning disk confocal microscope. Tracks are color-coded according to CD8 T cell displacement length. Frame interval is 30 s. The animation represents a 3D reconstruction of a sequential z series.
