Maximum intensity projections of confocal spinning disk movies of HeLa cells stably expressing GFP-tubulin (gray) and H2B-mCherry (red) transfected with nontargeting control siRNA (Upper; n = 20) or CP siRNA (Lower; n = 14). Time is normalized to anaphase onset, frames were acquired every 1 min, and playback speed is 10 frames per second. Movies were acquired from three independent experiments. (Scale bar: 10 μm.)
