Movie S2.

Cells treated with F-actin stabilizing drug jasplakinolide show differential dose-dependent furrow kinetics. Maximum intensity projections of confocal spinning disk movies of HeLa cells stably expressing GFP-tubulin (gray) and H2B-mCherry (red) treated with high-dose 500 nM (Upper; n = 3) or low-dose 100 nM (n = 10) jasplakinolide. The white timer shows uncorrected time; jasplakinolide was added 6 min after the start of the movie for 500 nM and 7 min after the start of the movie for 100 nM. The red timer is time normalized to anaphase onset, frames were acquired every 1 min, and playback speed is 10 frames per second. Movies were acquired from three independent experiments.
