Dravet syndrome mice during ICV infusion of Hm1a. The same four animals as in Movie S1 shown >24 h after continuous ICV infusion of Hm1a (0.5 μM at 0.2 μl/min). Note that seizures have stopped in mouse #3, and no seizures occurred for remaining experimental period. All four Hm1a-treated animals appear healthy; they are active, groom themselves, and continue to eat and drink ad libitum, with no overt side effects observed in any Hm1a-treated animals.
