Live imaging of early endosome membrane dynamics in primary porcine RPE cultures by spinning disk microscopy. Cells expressing RFP-Rab5 (red; CellLightTM BacMam 2.0 Early Endosome-RFP) and Tubulin-GFP (green; CellLightTM BacMam 2.0 Microtubule-GFP) were imaged at high speed (1.8 s per Z-stack) fifty times to capture fusion and fission events.
