Live imaging of early endosome membrane dynamics in primary porcine RPE cultures treated with A2E and desipramine (10 μM, 3 h) by spinning disk microscopy. Cells expressing RFP-Rab5 (red, CellLightTM BacMam 2.0 Early Endosome-RFP) and Tubulin-GFP (green, CellLightTM BacMam 2.0 Microtubule-GFP) were imaged at high speed (1.8 s per Z-stack) fifty times to capture fusion and fission events.
