In-Fiber Focusing of Live and Dead BA/F3 Cell Mixtures. A mixture of differently dyed live and dead cells are imaged from the top down under a fluorescence microscope (top) at voltages ranging from 0V to 30V. The label at the bottom of the video displays the type of cell being imaged and the real time voltage being applied. A real-time plot of intensity vs. position (center) is obtained by integrating the intensity along the y-axis for each pixel in the x-axis.
